In the catacombs below the Peter-Behrens-Halle in Berlin Wedding.

It is the Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften (long night of sciences) anno 2012.

Those who are thirsty for education are swarming, individually and in groups,  through the hallowed halls of science.

Not a few are reaching the catacombs of the gigantic historical hall by wandering about.

It is dark and smells of hydraulic oil.

The choreographer Kocijan and me started our research project.

The engineer Hückler teachs us to create a paving stone, made of unusual tight concrete, and provides us with a thin slab of it.

I fit the slab of colleague Hückler with my new sensors and equip the hallways in the catacombs with my light and sound producing machines.

The slab of unusual tight concrete is nestling

harmonically into the room of usual tight concrete. It is a minimalist expansion of the cellar architecture.

The persons thirsty of education are swarming around and discover the room and the slab and get known to its unusual sensitivity.

We gain ruminant devotions, Streetart performances, chaos out of the hell of sounds and filigree music, depending on the spirit of the visitor.

My colleague Kocijan and I came to first conclusions:

The body of the performer produces sounds. The sounds influence the body of the performer. The performance evolves. The body of the performer produces sounds. The sounds influence the body of the performer. The performance evolves. The body of the performer produces sounds. The sounds influence the body of the performer. The performance evolves. The body of the performer produces sounds. The sounds influence the body of the performer. The performance evolves. The body of the performer produces sounds. The sounds influence the body of the performer. The performance evolves. The body of the performer produces sounds. The sounds influence the body of the performer. The performance evolves.

We are setting ourselves a first target.
